This story has nothing to do with the picture, but I think it's cute:
There's this 3 yr. old boy, Julian, who is very good with Alice. He'll kiss her on the cheek and say "That's what you get for being such a cutie!"

We started a reading video series for Alice called "Your Baby Can Read". This month she watched the first one every day. From it, she can read out loud: dog, duck, eyes, clap, wave, and tic tock. She also puts her arms up when it says to, or tries to do the eensy weensy spider with her hands, loves to do the elephant sound when it shows the word "elephant" etc.. So adorable; and I'm just amazed at how much she's learning!

First doll

This month Chad (her dad) was gone for a couple of weekends. On this particular morning, he came in at 6Am. She woke up and was so excited to see him, that there was no chance of her going back to sleep. He brought her back her first doll. She loves to eat her hair! So, we figure maybe she's still a bit young for it. Daddy named the doll "hi", cause Alice says it over and over and over to the doll, when she's not eating her hair.

This month Alice has grown up so much. She still can't crawl, but somehow manages to really get around. She can sit up from laying down, she puts her bottom up, and stands up with whatever she can grab onto. She's doing very good with going on the potty. She bops to songs, and sings along with this high, soft sound. Even though she has four teeth now, she's never been a drooler. She is Really into animals and can do a bunch of the sounds they make. Started taking 2 naps a day instead of 3.

Tiffany is someone Alice really loves, and she's also a good mom which makes her a good person to go to for baby advice. She speaks to Alice in French. Here she's giving Alice her first piece of bread.

Elena is so good with Alice and got Alice to love her right away. She spends time with her and is a great help to me. She sometimes speaks to Alice in Spanish. ( I encourage her to do it more because she is fluent) She also gives her very silly hair dos.

And this is Amanda who is always eager for a visit from Alice, and really showers her with lots of attention whenever she can. This picture was taken at Alice's first baby shower.

Alice hasn't gained any weight this month, and is still at 31 1/2 pounds.

Hairstyles

She absolutely loves the pool! Everytime she gets near it she gets very excited and makes noises to tell me she wants to get in. She doesn't mind lots of splashing and water in her face either.
