Get ready to be bombarded

This is a totally fake cry where she doesn't even actually cry but just makes a crying face and fake noises. It's funny, but naughty! Well, she's getting CLOSER to walking. It's funny, I thought babies just one day got up and walked. But it's actually a long process. Well, with Alice anyway. She stands alone all the time and can take four or five steps no problem. She doesn't have a lot of confidence though, and will usually just grab on to whatever is available. She also walks well holding on with one hand. Here she is with her 2 yr. old friend (who she has already outweighed).
This face is either the rabbit wiggling its nose, or Alice trying to close her eyes on command. Look at her nose. It looks like someone just stuck a little ball in the middle of her face!
She likes me to put these little hair elastics on her fingers so she can take them off. She's actually quite coordinated with things like putting lids on pens, putting blocks and rings in holes etc.. She also like coloring/scribbling.

When you say "Alice, smile!", here's what you get:
The next 2 pics are just hat fun! It's tough to get the pic before she pulls them off her head.

This is her pointing to her tongue, which the reader video is asking her to do. This "Your Baby Can Learn to Read" series is great! I think that Alice has learned a lot from it.
When she turned 11 months she weighed 35 pounds. She's musically inclined and tries to sing and has a few adorable dance moves! Her favorite things to say are "no"(she says this all the time. She does know what it means and will sometimes use it the right way. Other times, it seems it's just a sound.), and "WOAH!" She uses this word very appropriately like when she falls but catches herself, or when she sees a rhinoceros, or something tall or big. She also says D'go a lot! We all have different opinions for what it means: Some possibilites are: circle, juggler, Diego...I forget what else.
She blows, beats her chest and yells for King Kong. Yells "Daaaa"through the house when calling for daddy. She's really into balls. Anything that's remotely round is a "baow". She also just got a few baby dolls. She calls them all Hi. She's quite into them too! I know there's tons more, but I can't think of it all now...plus I know you've heard enough for one sitting.

Alice's aspiration

Right now Alice's life goal is to become "Mommy's professional nose picker". Unfortunately for her, I'm not hiring.
